What it involves

We offer a personalised service tailored to your business property so we will sit down and talk face to face to understand what documentation or evidence you have from previous Fire Risk Assessments and whether you have any particular concerns. If you have none, we can set you up from zero to full legal compliance in one visit.

Since every property owner is now termed a Duty Holder and is ultimately responsible for compliance with the law, we will identify in simple terms what you need to do.

Health and Safety board

 

If you have a building plan we will use that to annotate fire alarms and heat and smoke detectors. If you don't have a floor plan, we will create one as part of the service. There are specific measurements and locations for alarms as well as fire doors.

Emergency escape routes, associated lighting and signage along with a managed Fire Action Plan will also be assessed.
